Newlyweds Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are going to the north for their honeymoon, they heading to Canada. The newly named Duke and Duchess of Sussex are planning to spend their honeymoon at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Alberta Canada, TMZ reported on Monday. According to TMZ the former “Suits” actress. 36, and her husband, 33, are going to stay at the mountain resort’s 6000 square-foot Outlook cabin- aka “The Royal Retreat.”
This is the luxurious six bedroom cabin previously welcomed King George VI and Queen Elizabeth in 1939 as well as Queen Elizabeth II and prince Philip in 2005. The cabin offers supreme comfort in each bedroom with enclosed verandas and majestic stone fireplace that warms both the dining room and the treat room, the perfect place to entertain family and friends or host an event.
The royal couple tied the knot on Saturday the 19th of May 2018, and the wedding took place at ST George’s Chapel, Windsor. The service began at ST George’s Chapel at midday and it was conducted by the Dean of Windsor, the RT Revd. David Conner. The most Revd. And Rt. Justine Welby, Archbishop of the Canterbury officiated as the couple make their marriage vows. At 1 pm after the service the couple travelled around Windsor in a horse carriage, providing the public with the opportunity to see them and join them in celebrating their day.
